The project was a three country program (Malawi, Mozambique and Zimbabwe) with OPHID focusing on the integration of the PMTCT, HIV/ART and nutrition services in two districts of Zimbabwe. The main thrust of the project was to support the rural health facilities and the local communities, particularly the most vulnerable populations of HIV positive mothers and their infants to improve maternal health, combat and mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS and reduce child mortality by 2015 through accessing integrated health service delivery.
