Introduction: OPHID is a local organization that develops and implements approaches and strategies to strengthen the provision of quality HIV prevention, care and treatment services in Zimbabwe. OPHID leads the PEPFAR/USAID funded Families and Communities for the Elimination of HIV (FACE HIV) program, whose goal is to reduce new HIV infections and HIV-related morbidity and mortality and improve quality of life for all People living with HIV (PLHIV) in line with the National HIV Care and Treatment Strategic Plan (2013-2018).
